What do the sessions cost?

I offer a free, 15-minute consult, either via phone or a virtual platform, to determine whether I am a good fit for your needs moving forward.

An individual 60-minute counselling session will come to $175.00, which includes GST.
An individual 90-minute counselling session will come to $236.25, which includes GST.

A couples 60-minute counselling session will come to $225.00, which includes GST.
A couples 90-minute counselling session will come to $262.00, which includes GST.

A family 60-minute counselling session will come to $200.00, which includes GST.
A family 90-minute counselling session will come to $262.00, which includes GST.

An MBTI post-results 60-minute feedback session will cost $157.50, which includes GST, plus the cost of the report.
An MBTI post-results 90-minute feedback session will cost $200.00, which includes GST, plus the cost of the report.

The MBTI assessment report must be purchased in advance of the feedback session(s). Please contact me for further information.

What services do you specialize in?

I mainly specialize in relationship concerns, substance use, and trauma. I have also had experience working with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, grief, anger management, stress, codependency, and family conflict. I have primarily worked with adults ages 18-65.

Question 3

Will this be covered by insurance?

Accepted Answer

Insurance coverage is available for many types of benefit plans. It is strongly recommended that a person review the therapist’s credentials and qualifications in order to discover the potential for coverage through an insurance plan. Tax deductions may be available for certain people.

Please note that right now I am unable to provide direct billing.

Question 4

What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to cancel or change your appointment. Please note that failing to attend the session (no-show) or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in charges amounting to the entire cost of the session. If the absence or late cancellation was unavoidable and beyond your control this will be taken into consideration.

**COVID-19 exceptions: cancellation policy will be waived if you are experiencing any symptoms at the time of the cancellation. Please do not attend an in-person session if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms. Advance notice is appreciated.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A person is welcome to pay by e-transfer within 24 hours of the booked appointment. Credit cards are also accepted. A receipt will be emailed to you for insurance purposes.
